What we are asking from Teams ;

Approval checklist;

  • Program: florist-led lesson for ~120 guests all together in one space (pink/white leis + add a few flowers to a team hat)

  • Staffing/setup: lead florist + assistants; a few distribution tables

  • AV: microphone + speaker for instruction

  • Staff timing: access 2 hours pregame on May 10, 2026 for setup

  • Guest timing: 1-hour pregame entry for check-in + experience

  • Bundle pricing (league-wide consistency): one grand total package price that includes game ticket + 1 wine/beverage + team hat

What we are asking from headquarters

To move responsibly and efficiently, we respectfully request:

  • A short meeting or call with the appropriate HQ stakeholders;

  • Guidance on any league-level brand/approval guardrails and recommended positioning; and

  • A point of contact or process to cascade the opportunity to the 15 Mother’s Day home clubs for venue-space discussion and feasibility review.
